We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support product development and enterprise solution initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, structured thinking, and the ability to work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Write clear, structured User Stories and acceptance criteria to support development teams
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirements clarification sessions
• Translate business needs into actionable specifications for engineering and QA teams
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements and automation opportunities
• Support ERP and business system implementations, integrations, and enhancements
• Assist with testing coordination, UAT support, and validation of delivered functionality
• Maintain documentation including process flows, requirements artifacts, and release notes
• Track requirement changes and ensure alignment across business and technical stakeholders

Requisitos

Inglés conversacional avanzado, se harán pruebas orales y escritas.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work in EST time zones and participate in daily collaboration meetings
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Proven experience writing User Stories in Agile / Scrum environments
• Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise business systems (such as finance, supply chain, HR, CRM, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product managers, and business users
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog / requirements management platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology consulting or product development environments
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flows between systems
• Exposure to reporting / analytics tools or data analysis techniques
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery models
